By booking a class, workshop, event, or purchasing any services from We Are One Valpo (Spirit Hallow LLC), you agree to the following terms:

Registration & Attendance

  • Pre-registration is required for all special events, trainings, and workshops. Walk-in registration is available for most regular, weekly classes, though it is possible for us to be fully booked with pre-registrations.

  • Please arrive for class at least 5-10 minutes prior to its start time. We cannot guarantee that someone will be available to let you in after class has started.

  • Late arrivals may not be admitted, and no refund or credit will be issued. Please do not bang on the door if you find it already locked. Regardless of if someone is available at the front desk, class doors are locked 10 minutes after the scheduled start time to respect the time and peace of fellow students and instructors.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 60 minutes in advance to retain a class credit or receive a refund.
  • No-shows and late cancellations will be charged the full amount.
  • Refunds for workshops or special events are not guaranteed unless the event is canceled by the studio.

Memberships & Class Packages

  • Memberships and class passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Expiration dates are clearly noted at time of purchase. Extensions are not guaranteed and are limited to medical reasons only.

Studio Conduct

  • Phones must be silenced and stored in the hallway cubbies or in your locked vehicle during class. The only exception we make to this rule is for first responders and medical professionals who are on call.

  • Respect for teachers, staff, and fellow students is expected at all times.

  • The studio reserves the right to remove any individual who violates community standards or disrupts the experience of others.

Health & Liability

  • All students are responsible for their own well-being. Please inform your teacher of any injuries or limitations before class.
  • Participation is at your own risk, and a waiver must be signed prior to joining us for class. Spirit Hallow LLC d/b/a We Are One Valpo is not liable for injuries sustained on or off the premises.

Event + Space Use Inquiries

  • We do not accept unsolicited pitches for events, workshops, or trainings. Our schedule is carefully curated. Any inquiries that do not respect this policy may not receive a response.

  • As of 2025, we have discontinued renting our space out for personal events.

Any personal information collected during registration is used solely for studio communication and will never be shared or sold.
