A Unique Experience
We will provide you with an expert instructor to create a special class for you and your friends, family, or coworkers. This class could be slow and restorative, sweaty and energizing, workshop-style, or anything in between! We also offer a full size kitchen and can provide food demos that can be interactive! Feel free to bring decor that fits your theme, and we can help you set it up before your guests arrive.
We have plenty of mats, towels, and props available for all your attendees!
Our lobby area has ample room for socializing and enjoying snacks and beverages before and after your special class. Our Valparaiso location offers plenty of nearby places to eat, shop, or hang out after your event.

Meet Claudia Witt, our Private Events Coordinator
I am a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and hope to bring Myofascial Release therapy to ONE sometime this spring. My passion is special needs kids and it is my greatest desire to work with them on a daily basis! My love of yoga brings me to ONE and my love of and experience in party planning brings me to the position of events coordinator. I hope to see you soon to aid you in creating the memorable event of your dreams!
