ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture is a time-honored healing practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that promotes balance and overall well-being. Using ultra-thin, sterile needles placed at specific points along the body's meridians, acupuncture helps to restore the natural flow of energy (Qi) and support the body's innate ability to heal.

Rachel (Raven) Rivers

Rachel is a general practitioner of acupuncture and herbalism who treats a wide variety of issues that may be affecting your sleep quality and stress levels as well as digestive, reproductive, physical, mental + emotional, and spiritual health!
Rachel has earned certification as a Master of Acupuncture with a specialization in Chinese Herbal Medicine. She first came in contact with this system of medicine when searching for something to treat her own injuries and persistent insomnia, not wanting to deal with the side effects of medications or surgery. After experiencing the profound effects for herself, Rachel was enthralled by the healing potential that this system offers not only to heal and prevent illness, but to also cultivate and elevate baseline health, shifting the physical body's fears in the direction of optimum health, truly moving from surviving to thriving.
