With your body supported and suspended just 6-8 inches above the ground, this practice invites you to fully surrender — mentally, physically, and energetically.

It's perfect for anyone looking to improve their flexibility, find some mental clarity, or simply take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
The soundtrack of this flow will feature a pre-selected musical artist with a specially curated playlist, changing each week with the intent to guide you into discovering your most authentic self by accessing your highest truth.

This restorative yoga practice focuses on deep relaxation and stress reduction. It involves holding gentle, supported poses for extended periods (5-10 minutes) using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allowing the body to fully relax and rejuvenate.

Props are used to fully support the body in a comfortable position, allowing for deep relaxation. Poses are held for longer periods, enabling the body to fully relax and release tension. Celestial Rest | Restorative Aerial Yoga
A restorative aerial experience for deep nervous system repair and soul-level stillness.
Celestial Rest is a weightless journey into tranquility, guided from the comfort of an aerial hammock gently suspended close to the ground. This 60-minute class blends the healing qualities of restorative yoga with the quiet magic of aerial support — designed to calm the nervous system, soften muscular tension, and invite a return to the inner self.
You’ll be guided through a series of fully-supported postures using bolsters, blankets, blocks, and the hammock as your cocoon. There is no physical effort or flexibility required — only a willingness to slow down, breathe deeply, and receive.
Each session closes with an extended floating savasana to help you integrate and drift into a liminal state between rest and renewal.

You'll rest comfortably on a mat with blankets and props as you're guided into stillness through:

- Specific, themed frequency loops
