REGISTRATION ENDS 08/31/25 OR UNTIL ENROLLMENT IS FULL

ALCHEMIKA is a deep and immersive continuation of the yogic path—designed for those who feel called to explore the transformative mysteries of spiritual alchemy, subtle energy, and soul embodiment. This seven-month journey blends advanced yogic philosophy with ritual, astrology, depth psychology, and esoteric wisdom, guiding you through the ancient process of inner transmutation from lead to gold.
Rooted in the seven stages of alchemy—Calcination, Dissolution, Separation, Conjunction, Fermentation, Distillation, and Coagulation—each month serves as a portal into a distinct energetic archetype and spiritual threshold. Together, we’ll move through shadow and integration work, intuitive practice development, and the refinement of your voice as a spiritual guide and teacher.
This is a space for the sacred visionary. For the modern mystic. For the soul who senses there is more—and is ready to embody it.
Who This Training Is For
ALCHEMIKA is for the seekers, teachers, mystics, and healers who are ready to move beyond surface-level spiritual practice and step into true inner alchemy. This is a path for those who feel the pull toward deeper embodiment, sacred symbolism, and spiritual leadership rooted in integrity.
You might be a perfect fit for this journey if you:
- Are a graduate of a foundational 200-hour yoga teacher training
- Feel called to expand your practice beyond physical postures
- Are drawn to esoteric teachings, archetypes, mythology, and inner work
- Desire to refine your voice as a spiritual teacher, guide, or space-holder
- Thrive in sacred container spaces that blend mysticism, structure, and soul
- Are ready to release outdated parts of your identity and reclaim your essence
- Understand that transformation is both sacred and challenging—and you're ready to face it with devotion
This training is not for those seeking purely physical or fitness-based yoga. It is also not for those who are unwilling to engage in self-reflection, shadow work, or respectful dialogue around sensitive and symbolic material.

THE SACRED PROCESS

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS

Rosaleihna Sierra, B.Sc., B.Msc.
I walk at the threshold — between science and spirit, body and soul, shadow and light.
My work is the result of two decades of quiet study and lived experience, shaped by both academic training and initiatory pathwork. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Biological Science from Purdue University (2018) and a Bachelor's in Metaphysical Science from the University of Sedona (2020), where I will complete my Master’s at the close of this year. My education bridges the empirical and the esoteric — a duality I’ve never seen as separate.
I’ve completed over 1,600 hours of certified yoga teacher training and spent multiple years in priestess apprenticeship under Dr. Athena Perrakis, Ph.D., where I deepened my practice in ritual, energetic healing, and sacred leadership. I’m also a certified Reiki Master, a Level II practitioner of sound and vibration therapy, aromatherapist, crystal healer, and a certified life coach through the Transformation Academy.
These modalities are not tools I “use” — they are languages I’ve learned to speak in service of those seeking clarity, integration, and soul-rooted empowerment.
I don’t offer quick fixes or grand promises. What I offer is presence, precision, and the patience to walk beside you as you remember who you’ve always been.

Sherri Jalovecky, 500-HR E-RYT
Sherri has been teaching yoga for 15 years with an emphasis on breath, alignment and energy anatomy. She has traveled the world and studied with amazing master teachers including Seane Corn, Shiva Rea, Sianna Sherman, Ashley Turner and many more.
For the last 3 years and currently, Sherri is immersed in the Priestess Path under the mentorship of Kristen Dessange of Embodied Mystery School and has been initiated into that lineage as a Priestess of Avalon. This means she has earned the honor of sharing ritual, threshold crossings and spiritual leadership/mentorship in addition to her yoga wisdom.
When she’s not teaching, you can try to find her on the trails at Indiana Dunes State Park, at home gardening or loving on her kitties: Odin and Athena. Sherri has a passion for cooking and is looking forward to bringing that into the world SOON!
