Meet our Tribe
Our wonderful teachers, who make it all possible!

Lyndsey Insani, 200-HR RYT
Hi! I completed my 200-HR Yoga Teacher Training at One in May 2023 and am excited to begin my teaching journey. I began practicing yoga in 2012 - I was a competition dancer all of my life up until then and needed an outlet to fill the expressive void in my life. Yoga became a constant for me during all of my schooling and I set my mind to yoga teacher training once life “settled down.”
I work at an accounting firm in Chicago and am a huge tax nerd. When I’m not nerding it up, you can find me walking my dog, traveling (or getting into trouble) with my husband, and reading a book in one sitting.
I am expecting my first baby (girl) in July 2025! I plan to continue teaching through June and will hopefully return to the schedule in September.

Amanda Frigo, 200-HR RYT
I have a Bachelor's degree in Education from Purdue University. Though I am newly certified to teach yoga, I have six years of professional teaching experience. In 2020 I decided to make yoga a daily practice and learn as much as possible so that I can better share the benefits with all. Practicing yoga has tremendously enhanced my life; it is a dream to share my love of yoga with others.

Lindsay Negrelli, 1300-HR RYT, LMT
From a young age, Lindsay has always had a passion for helping people and was eventually drawn to massage therapy. After seeing the impact touch had, she began her journey to study and complete her certification in massage therapy from the Soma Institute of Chicago in 2008, and she has not looked back since.
Over the years she developed a love and passion for yoga and saw what a profound impact it had on her mind, body and spirit. She grew a desire to share it with others. She received her first 200hr certification from Yoga Mecca in August 2019 followed by a 300hr certification from ONE in August 2021. Lindsay is honored to join you in your healing journey.
When she is not in the studio or doing bodywork, Lindsay enjoys spending time at the local beaches, hiking, volunteering, or doing anything that involves her husband and two children. Her family are avid lovers of Disney World, and make it a point to get away whenever they are able.

Natalie Garcia, 800-HR RYT
Hello beautiful souls! My yoga story goes back to 2013 during a trip to Arizona when my friend invited me to join her hot yoga class. After the longest 90 minutes of my life, I walked out of that studio drenched in sweat, feeling a euphoric vibration radiating throughout my body. That experience was pivotal in how I began to heal myself. Throughout the years, my yoga practice helped me during many challenging aspects of life. When I began to work with the Reiki energy, I incorporated it in my yoga practice. As I experienced energetic shifts and released emotional blockages, I wanted to learn more. Cultivating a safe space where others could experience healing with self discovery and breath led me to the YTT program. I completed my 200-HR Certification Yoga Teacher Training in May of 2023 and my 300-HR in May of 2024 at One. I am also a certified Reiki Master & Animal Reiki Master through the International Center for Reiki Training and a Professional Member of the Reiki Membership Association.
As a Taurus, I embrace my Earth sign with downtime in nature, so hiking at the Dunes is a great recharge for me! With all that being said, that brings me here in the present time, ready to guide others using breath, movement and Reiki. I look forward to seeing you on the mat! Namaste!

Danielle Ransom, 300-HR RYT
In Sanskrit, the word sangha means community. Being a part of, and contributing to, your community is of great importance across many religions and cultures, including yoga.
I first stepped onto my mat in 2009. As a child, I would always try to figure out the purpose of my existence. Four years ago, I made a promise to myself to make yoga a part of my everyday life. By keeping this promise and doing the work, I’ve found my purpose, service to others. I am here to offer my service, as a guide and to lead you, while you gather the power to heal yourself through slow, juicy movement, meditation, introspection and deep mind, body, soul work.
I love to encourage my students to listen to their bodies and take any dynamic movements that they are called to. By doing this, we can harness the ability to unbind blockages in our energy centers, creating more space to find our true, authentic selves.
The reason I step onto my mat is to elevate my consciousness and vibrational frequency and to heal wounds of all kinds. If you were to take away one thing from a practice with me, it would be safety. I offer a safe place to let it all go, to be seen, heard and held in a judgment-free space. Yoga is for everyone and all are welcome!
When I’m not practicing or teaching yoga I am soaking up every moment with my two children, at a concert, frolicking in the woods or on a mountain somewhere.
One of my favorite quotes is “It’s not about being able to touch your toes, it’s about what you learn on the way down”.

Sherri Dujmovich, ONE Founder, Master Teacher
Sherri has been teaching yoga for 15 years with an emphasis on breath, alignment and energy anatomy. She has traveled the world and studied with amazing master teachers including Seane Corn, Shiva Rea, Sianna Sherman, Ashley Turner and many more.
For the last 3 years and currently, Sherri is immersed in the Priestess Path under the mentorship of Kristen Dessange of Embodied Mystery School and has been initiated into that lineage as a Priestess of Avalon. This means she has earned the honor of sharing ritual, threshold crossings and spiritual leadership/mentorship in addition to her yoga wisdom.
When she’s not teaching, you can try to find her on the trails at Indiana Dunes State Park, at home gardening or loving on her kitties: Odin and Athena. Sherri has a passion for cooking and is looking forward to bringing that into the world SOON!

Rosaleihna Sierra, B.Sc., B.Msc.
I walk at the threshold — between science and spirit, body and soul, shadow and light.
My work is the result of nearly two decades of quiet study and lived experience, shaped by both academic training and initiatory pathwork. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Biological Science from Purdue University (2018) and a Bachelor's in Metaphysical Science from the University of Sedona (2020), where I will complete my Master’s at the close of this year. My education bridges the empirical and the esoteric — a duality I’ve never seen as separate.
I’ve completed over 1,600 hours of certified yoga teacher training and spent multiple years in priestess apprenticeship under Dr. Athena Perrakis, Ph.D., where I deepened my practice in ritual, energetic healing, and sacred leadership. I’m also a certified Reiki Master, a Level II practitioner of sound and vibration therapy, aromatherapist, crystal healer, and a certified life coach through the Transformation Academy.
These modalities are not tools I “use” — they are languages I’ve learned to speak in service of those seeking clarity, integration, and soul-rooted empowerment.
I don’t offer quick fixes or grand promises. What I offer is presence, precision, and the patience to walk beside you as you remember who you’ve always been.
In my life as a sovereign soul, I enjoy crafting, painting, sculpting, writing, listening to hard rock and heavy metal, playing through the Elder Scrolls games, spending time out in the forests communing with my seventh-dimensional family, working with plant medicines, and caring for my homestead garden + rescue animals, which include a 20-lb beast of a Siberan cat, painted turtle, fish, bearded dragon, African Grey parrot, pigeon, royal jumping spider, Mexican red-knee tarantula, and an assorted flock of chickens and ducks.
